This is a fun workshop for anyone who identifies as female aged 16yrs+ that invites you to make noise, take up space and connect with yourself and others.

Join Sam Gilroy for an exploration of the five themes of the F WORDZ show: feminism, failure, freedom, fierce and f*** using dance movement, conversations, voice work and writing. Our aim is to debunk taboos and gender barriers, removing shame so we can celebrate the bodies we have, the way we think, and who we are! We’ll spend a little time writing what we think needs to be said and heard.
